Creative session October 22, 2018

 Naomi wrote another poem today and completed a devotional from Jesus Calling. Today's focus was photography, specifically taking photos with natural light. I took these photos and she used the DSL camera with a zoom lense. No angle is wrong! As you can see, she got a new perspective right up in the trees. Like a bird!

                   She was able to share what she learned with a little one, too. And did a live session with the oldest and youngest generation in our family.  

Creative Session October 15, 2018

 Connecting with nature was a wonderful way to jump into our creativity. Naomi took a walk in the wild and came  back with a beautiful drawing and poem about a bird. She first went into nature, completed a free write of her thoughts-anything that came to mind, and then she drew a bird. Then, came a beautiful poem, shared below. She also made a video presentation on her poem and talked about how it is important to feel free.

"birds come in all diffrant sizes and all diffrant colors. 

They fly, they walk.

What they all have in commen is they all talk and they are everyware in the sky, on the ground, in trees, on water.  

Bird's are wonderful and free as can be.. 

but sometimes I wonder, how free are we?"
